XPRTS Inc. (“XPRTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates xprts.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage with our services.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: When you fill out a contact form, request a Strategy Review, or communicate with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, firm name, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we may collect certain information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising or behavioral tracking tools on this website. Our hosting (WP Engine) and the WordPress platform set functional cookies that are necessary for security, caching, and normal site operation, and Cloudflare may set a cookie for security and bot protection. If you log in or submit a form, additional session or preference cookies may be set. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral profiling.
Communications: If you contact us by email or phone, we retain those communications to provide services and improve our responses.

- To schedule and conduct Strategy Reviews
- To send you information about XPRTS services that may be relevant to your firm
- To improve our website and services
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For visitors from the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing personal information is: your consent (where you have provided it), performance of a contract (when we are delivering services you have requested), and our legitimate interests (in operating and improving our business, where this doesn’t override your privacy rights).
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contact and inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years from last contact. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at contact@xprts.com.
Cookies and Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party advertising or behavioral tracking tools on this website. Our hosting (WP Engine) and the WordPress platform set functional cookies that are necessary for security, caching, and normal site operation, and Cloudflare may set a cookie for security and bot protection. If you log in or submit a form, additional session or preference cookies may be set. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral profiling. If we use any additional analytics tools, we will update this policy and provide appropriate consent mechanisms.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on WP Engine, a managed WordPress hosting provider. Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery (CDN), and security services in front of our hosting. Information you submit through our contact and intake forms is transmitted through our own lead-capture service (hosted on Supabase) and delivered into XPRTS’s internal systems. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. Our primary brand fonts are self-hosted; some secondary fonts may be delivered via Google Fonts, which can involve your browser requesting files from Google’s servers.
We rely on the following service providers (subprocessors) to operate our website: WP Engine (website hosting), Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, and security), and Supabase (contact/intake form processing).
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@xprts.com.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, disclose, or sell; the right to request deletion; and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. XPRTS does not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact us at contact@xprts.com or call (425) 620-8000.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption on all pages, Cloudflare’s security infrastructure, and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed at law firm owners and legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
