The Cost of Inaction

What Is Your Firm Leaving on the Table?

Most firms we work with identify $50,000–$150,000+ in recoverable revenue within the first 90 days. Enter your numbers to see your opportunity. Your XPRTS investment pays for itself when you close the gap on just one of these two numbers.

Used to keep the 5-client scenario within your available monthly lead volume.

This calculator is a planning model, not a projection or guarantee. It uses a 98.5% collections target and an intake scenario of up to five additional clients per month.
Combined Annual Opportunity $0

Estimated gross annual revenue opportunity

Collections Gap $0

Difference between your current collection rate and the 98.5% scenario.

Intake Gap $0

0 additional clients per month × average revenue × 12.

How the Math Works

Two Gaps. One Annual Estimate.

The calculator keeps the model intentionally simple so you can see the assumptions behind the result.

01

Collections Gap

This estimates how much additional billed revenue would be collected if your current collection rate reached 98.5%.

Annual Billings × (98.5% − Current Collection Rate)

Example: $800,000 × (98.5% − 88%) = $84,000.

02

Intake Gap

This models the annual revenue associated with converting up to five additional clients each month at your average revenue per client.

Additional Clients Per Month × Average Revenue × 12

Example: 5 × $5,000 × 12 = $300,000 annual opportunity.

Reading the Result

Treat It as a Diagnostic, Not a Promise.

The calculator is useful because it converts two operational questions into dollars: how much billed work goes uncollected, and what additional revenue could exist if more inquiries became clients.

It does not account for profit margin, staffing capacity, case mix, acquisition cost, realization rate, refunds, write-offs, or whether five additional monthly clients are realistic for your firm.

Collections

Tells you whether already-earned revenue may deserve operational attention.

Intake

Gives you a simple scenario for understanding the value of conversion improvement.

Capacity Matters

More retained clients only create value if the firm can serve them well.

Revenue Is Not Profit

The number represents gross revenue opportunity before incremental costs.
