No. The Strategy Review is always free. It is a 30–45 minute assessment of your firm across five operational pillars — Systems, Intake, Web Presence, Staffing, and Financial Visibility. You receive a written, prioritized recommendation within 48 hours. No obligation, no sales call, no upsell at the end. Just a specific analysis of your firm’s situation.
How much does Clio configuration cost?
Clio configuration engagements are scoped based on practice area complexity, number of matter types, billing structure, and integration requirements. A focused single-practice-area build is a different scope than a full multi-practice firm configuration with Lawmatics integration and KPI dashboards. We quote a fixed price after a Strategy Review — never hourly, never open-ended.
How is remote legal staffing priced?
Remote legal staff placements are priced on a monthly basis — either part-time (10–20 hours per week) or full-time (35–40 hours per week). The monthly cost is significantly below the fully-loaded cost of an equivalent local in-house hire when you account for salary, benefits, payroll taxes, recruiting, and training. XPRTS staff arrive with foundational training and may be exposed to Bay Legal’s live environment
Does XPRTS require long-term contracts?
It depends on the engagement, and we publish which is which. Project engagements — Clio, Lawmatics, a standalone website build, firm launch — are fixed-price with no ongoing commitment. Staffing retainers and maintenance subscriptions are month-to-month after an initial engagement period. The one engagement that runs on a term is the website and content program, which is twelve months: the build is delivered in the first two months but its cost is spread across the term rather than charged up front. You can leave early, and what is owed is the unamortized portion of the build — the part not yet recovered through your monthly payments, which declines with every payment and reaches zero at month twelve. There is no penalty beyond that and no claim on your domain or on anything you have already paid for.
What does a law firm website from XPRTS cost?
Law firm website projects are scoped based on the number of practice areas, page count, design complexity, and integration requirements (Lawmatics intake forms, location pages, blog). We quote fixed project prices after a Strategy Review. XPRTS websites are built on WordPress and deployed on WP Engine managed hosting behind Cloudflare CDN, caching, and security — the same stack as xprts.com — which means enterprise-grade infrastructure, managed updates and backups, and a site tuned for Core Web Vitals.
