Inclusions

What You Get

  • Discovery and strategy — we map your practice areas, your competitors, the keywords that matter in your market, and what the site needs on day one versus later.
  • Custom design and build — credibility-first design for attorneys, responsive across every breakpoint, built for readability rather than decoration.
  • Practice-area pages, written properly — each targeting one keyword cluster, structured to answer the questions clients are already asking. This is the part most agencies template and it’s the part that determines whether the site ranks.
  • Attorney biography pages — with Person schema and credential display, built for the E-E-A-T signals search engines weight for legal content.
  • The full schema stack — Organization, LocalBusiness, Person, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList — validated against Google’s Rich Results Test. This is what produces rich results in search and what lets AI assistants cite you specifically. More on AEO →
  • Intake forms with source tracking — every submission captures the originating page, UTM parameters, referrer and timestamp, so you know which channel produced each inquiry rather than guessing.
  • Google Business Profile — created or claimed and optimized: categories, service areas, hours, business information. You own the profile; we take Manager access. Where we create one, ownership transfers to you on verification.
  • Search Console and analytics — verified, with the sitemap submitted and indexing confirmed before handoff.
  • Testing and QA — across link integrity, mobile rendering, page-load performance, and form-submission routing. Two rounds of revisions included.

Platform

How It’s Delivered

We build on the platform that fits the engagement. For a site your team will update regularly — adding attorneys, publishing posts, editing service pages — a content management system is the right answer, deployed on managed hosting with a CDN in front. For a site that will stay largely static after launch, a static build is faster to serve and has less to maintain.

We’ll recommend one during discovery and explain why. Either way you own the result, and either way the SEO and schema foundation is identical.

Scope

Timeline and Scope

Eight weeks from kickoff to launch, assuming timely feedback. Discovery and strategy run first, design and content develop in parallel, then QA and deployment.

We need two things from you: a single decision-maker with approval authority, and feedback within three to five business days at each checkpoint. Slow approvals are the most common cause of a build running long, and there’s nothing we can do about it from our side.

Two rounds of revisions are included. Structural redesigns or additions beyond agreed scope are quoted separately — submitted in writing and scoped before any work begins, so nothing appears on an invoice you didn’t approve.

Honest Scoping

Is a One-Time Build Right for You?

Honestly, it depends on whether you plan to publish.

A one-time build is the right choice if you have a marketing plan that doesn’t depend on organic search, you generate work primarily through referral, you have someone in-house who will write content, or you need a credible professional presence more than you need to compete for search traffic.

It isn’t enough if you want to rank. A well-built site with no new content will hold its position and slowly lose ground to firms publishing consistently. Search rewards recency and depth, and AI assistants cite sources that demonstrate ongoing authority. The build is the foundation — content is what makes it compete.

If ranking is the goal, the twelve-month program exists for that reason. Website & Content Program →

We’d rather tell you that now than sell you a build and watch it plateau.

Common Questions

About the Website Build

Projects are scoped on practice area count, page count, design complexity, and integration requirements, then quoted as a fixed price after a free Strategy Review. No hourly billing and no open-ended scope.
Eight weeks from kickoff to launch with timely feedback. The largest variable is approval speed on your side, not build time on ours.
Yes. The design, the copy, the practice-area pages, and any custom code created for you become your property as the engagement is paid. Your domain stays registered in your name throughout — hosting or DNS management creates no ownership interest in it, and we release control on request.
It will be built correctly for ranking — keyword-targeted pages, clean structure, full schema, fast delivery, sitemap submitted. But rankings depend on competition, market, and ongoing publishing, and no vendor controls search algorithms. We don’t guarantee specific positions, traffic volumes, or AI-citation outcomes. What we guarantee is the build.
The site is yours and it works. Ongoing hosting and maintenance are available separately, and the content program is available if you want to compete on search.
